Care/professionalism: 10 stars. It was 545PM and Dr. Tsai picked up our hopeful emergency call. She and her amazing hygienist staff person (sorry forgot name) agreed to see us and stayed with us for X rays, consultation, recommendation until 7PM. Dr. Tsai also located an amazing anesthesiologist who was able to see our daughter the next morning.

Office ambiance: 5 stars. The office has a calming yet child friendly decor. It's not overwhelming and incredibly clean.

Wait time: 5 stars. They run this place like a finely tuned clock.

Dr Tsai and her entire staff are one of a kind! They are so kind, great at dentistry but also extremely patient with my 5 year old. Dr Tsai runs an efficient and high tech office and my son and i both are happy to go see them. We love you Dr. Tsai and grateful for you and your team!

Amazing first visit for our child! He had only been to the dentist once before somewhere else so we were a little nervous how it would go!

The front staff was very friendly and the reception area was super cute and kid friendly! Love the beach theme!

Veronica was an amazing hygienist! She was warm, friendly, explained what to expect, and our child felt very comfortable the whole time… She was patient and kind! The patient room had a fun turtle on the ceiling and a movie streaming which helped ease him into the seat comfortably… no fuss at all! The cleaning went great, the dentist came in and gave great preventive advice and a plan moving forward for cleanings given his age and dental health. At the end he was able to pick out a fun prize which all made for a wonderful memory for a dental visit!

Scheduling was great, they are responsive through text and all forms can be filled out before the visit online saving lots of time! Highly recommend!!!

My son Kenji has been coming to this group of dentists since he was 2 years old and still now at 12 years old. He is easily distracted by the tv screens so does not get affected by the cleaning. We love the care of the hygienists who are very gentle and with the dentists who are so friendly and helpful.

Scheduled my daughters first ever dental appointment & it went amazing! The staff was super friendly upon checking in and the dental assistant and dentist who assisted my daughter was so patient and efficient. Love that they had a play area while we waited and loved how excited they were when it was prize time at the end which made my daughter so happy! Definitely recommend for any littles first time!

We felt welcomed, safe and knew we were in good hands from the moment we walked in. You don't even feel like you're in a dental office and feels more like Disneyland. My kids were very well prepped and accommodations were made which led to a to positive experience. They also use state-of-the-art technology which detected a cavity early so it was an easy and a quick fix.

You can feel that the entire team is happy to be there!

Incredible experience! Flew all the way from Oklahoma to come to this office. My daughter had 4 cavities and I wanted them to be treated with the laser to keep her dental experience positive and pain free. My daughter is 6 and sensitive. She was able to get through her treatment with ease, felt no pain and did great afterwards. I highly recommend this office. They truly care about the child's experience and focus on preventative care as well.

Both my boys have come here for dental care and we've always had a wonderful experience. The staff are very kind and professional. Most recently, my son had to have two baby teeth extracted and Dr. Tsai and Myra were awesome! They both explained everything so well and made him feel comfortable. My son was very nervous, but handled it well because of their experience and professionalism. We are very thankful for them!

Our son fell and cracked his tooth in half on the sidewalk. We walked in with a referral and we were regular patients. They took us back right away and were able to make room in their busy schedule to ensure my son was taken care of. Been taking my daughter to this dentist since she was very small. It's amazing, the staff is incredible and if your kid is nervous they have so many ways to help them. They always give prizes and treats at the end. They have TVs on the ceiling that the kids can see from their chair during the care. Good waiting room too!

Such a kid friendly dentist that take the time (no matter how long) to talk to their patient and explain to them what's happening. They give the kid welcome gifts and even balloons !
